Every token you've ever held leaves an empty account behind, and each one keeps a deposit of SOL locked until it is closed. SOL Reclaim finds those empty accounts, closes them, and the locked SOL goes back to you — it can only ever be sent to the wallet that owns the accounts, and the server refuses any transaction where it would not be.

Anything beyond closing empty accounts — selling a token, burning worthless dust — is opt-in, itemised, and confirmed on a review screen first. You sign every transaction in your own wallet.
